Emirati leadership, training, and advisory professional
Alya brings more than twenty years of experience across leadership, human resources, training, coaching, advisory work, communication, and strategic initiatives. That experience shapes North Star’s practical and deeply human point of view.
Her approach connects an understanding of human behavior with the demands of modern work. She believes the best learning helps people see themselves and their context clearly, then move with confidence.
